TIME: |
|
Day Camp will run daily from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM.
All Scouts must be picked up no later than 3:30 PM. |
|
FRIDAY |
|
will include supervised activities for scouts from 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Picnic
(for the whole family) starts at 6:00 PM and a campfire with skits, songs,
and awards at 6:45 PM. A family count for the picnic is needed. |
|
COST: |
|
The cost for Tigers, Cub Scouts and Webelos Day Camp is $60.00 per week,
which includes a camp T shirt if registered early, or $15.00 per day (does
not include T’ shirt). Adults are free. Fees are transferable within the
pack, but not refundable. The fee includes program materials, craft supplies
and awards for participants.
*** Adults may order Camp T-shirts for $ 6.00 by June 10th *** |

REGISTRATION: |
|
All Tigers, Cub Scouts and Webelos must register through
their Den or Pack, using the attached registration and health forms. Rising
1st Graders who are registered Tiger Cubs may attend Day Camp. |

Late Registration - June 10th to July 22nd 2005
T’ Shirt not included - NO EXCEPTIONS.
No new Packs after July 22nd 2005 |

LUNCH: |
|
Each Pack is to provide coolers and ice, large enough to hold brown bag
lunches brought by all of their boys, adults, and others. Parents should be
warned not to pack lunch items that spoil easily. |
|
UNIFORMS: |
|
Cub
Scouts should be in summer uniform. Cub and Webelos T’ Shirts are
encouraged, or camp T-shirts. Please label with name and Pack number, all
clothing and personal articles brought to camp. Boys cannot wear cut-offs or
swimwear with zippers while playing on the slip and slide.
Tiger Cubs, Wolf and Bear Cubs, and Webelos attend day camp with their Den
or Pack. |

WEBELOS: |
|
A special program will be provided for those boys who have completed third
grade, but are not 11 years old. These Webelos will work on Activity Pins
from the 2 year Webelos Program. |
|
ADULT LEADERS: |
|
Each Pack or Den that sends Cub Scouts or Webelos is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to
provide one adult over 21 years of age for 1 – 8 Cub Scouts each day and one
adult for 1 – 8 Webelos.
***NO SCOUT WILL BE ALLOWED IN DAY CAMP WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION!!! |

NON – SCOUTS: |
|
Adults may bring only their OWN non – scout children, fee is $15.00
per day or $60.00 per week, if over 3 years of age. If son is 6 – 10 years
old, he must be a registered Tiger Cub, Cub Scout or Webelos to attend. |
|
MEDICAL FORMS: |
|
BSA requires a current Health History, completed and signed by parent or
guardian, for all campers, staff, pack leaders, parents, and non-scout
children. * Any person checking in without a health form properly completed
will not be allowed to participate and sent home!!!*
All registered participants are covered by liability and health and accident
insurance, which is in effect during Day Camp and while traveling to and
from camp. Medical forms are available from your Cubmaster or Leader.
