2006 CRATER DISTRICT MERIT BADGE CAMPOUT

Crater Adults,
Yes, it’s time again to plan the 2006 Crater District Merit Badge Campout at Albright’s on April 7—9, 2006.  I sure hope I can count on you to be a merit badge counselor for me this year.  I know it’s early, but with an event that grows every year, I must start planning early.  Please commit by November 1.

I have enclosed Mr. Phil Hagerich’s email address and my email address so that you may return the following information.

1.      For what merit badge will you be a counselor?

2.      How many scouts you can teach in your class?

3.      Will this be an all day class?  If not will you teach a morning and an afternoon class4?

4.      Will there be a fee?

5.      Will there be any prerequisite that need to be completed before coming to Albright’s?

6.      Will you be able to conduct/help with the church service on Sunday?

7.      Will you be able to conduct/help with the Opening Ceremony on Saturday?

8.      Will you be able to help other counselors with their classes?

It is very important that you email either Mr. Hagerich or I as soon as possible.
